Cooper is equipped with in-house casting & machining facilities to manufacture S.G. Iron Crankshafts for the domestic and international markets. Established in 1984 with a modest annual capacity of 840 units, the current scale has crossed 60,000 crankshafts per year.
Customized in accordance with the customer's material specifications, the crankshafts are forged using medium carbon alloy steel with annealing and normalizing.
