Each order is carefully processed through the computerized ERP system and monitored - from the receipt of the order through the shipping stage. Product Engineering Assistance
With a clear focus on customer satisfaction, the Product Engineering Services division assists customers in meeting their technical requirements. When an order is in process, the Product Engineering team assigns part code numbers for identification, prepares necessary shop drawings, organizes special requirements and issues customer requested certifications.
Product Development Assistance
The Product Engineering division also has the expertise to design and produce castings and finished products - according to customer specifications.
At Cooper, our in-house design and manufacture of dies and fixtures has resulted in faster development of new products, while the in-house casting, machining and honing facilities ensure full control over manufacturing facilities. All our casting and machining facilities are QS 9000 certified by TUV SUDDEUTSCHLAND INDIA.
